Future Ofsted Inspections
Schools converting to become an academy are now normally inspected by Ofsted in their third year after reopening. Schools that are ‘Outstanding’, such as St Loys, will normally not be inspected. All schools have their key data (test results/attendance/parent view returns) under constant review by Ofsted. Any perceived falls in standards can lead to an inspection. St Loys Primary School was found to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in May 2007 (2006/07 academic year). 2015/16 School data indicates that the pupils continue to do well.
